How We Earn
TravelBoss Network · How We Earn

Three lanes.
One business.

A clear Loom-ready walkthrough of where the money comes from — bookings, instant payouts, and optional leadership income.

The promise

No theory. No projections.
Just the model.

Every income example in this deck points back to one of three lanes. This keeps the conversation simple, transparent, and easy to record.

3Income lanes
Monthly commission cycles
0Caps on bookings

Important: income is never guaranteed. Results depend on training, effort, client activity, supplier rules, and the advisor’s consistency.

The three lanes

Choose a lane. Build skill.
Layer as you grow.

01 · Supplier Commissions

Earn when clients travel. The supplier pays the commission already built into the booking price.

  • Hotels, cruises, resorts, packages, tours, villas, tickets
  • Commission releases after travel
  • Foundation for long-term repeat and referral income

02 · Instant Payouts

Same-day or short-cycle cash flow through eligible service fees, wholesale bookings, and select enrollment bonuses.

  • Planning or concierge service fees
  • EVO Plus wholesale savings strategy
  • Bundle enrollment bonuses when applicable

03 · Residuals & Leadership

Optional income tied to helping other advisors get started, stay active, and duplicate the system.

  • Profit pool style income
  • Rank-based milestones
  • Mentorship and duplication matter
Lane One

Supplier Commissions

This is your foundation and your long game.

  • Clients book travel through you — resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, villas, packages, and experiences.
  • The supplier commission is already built into the travel price; the client does not pay extra for that commission.
  • When the client completes travel, commission releases according to supplier and pay-cycle timing.
Your job is not to “mark up” a vacation. Your job is to guide, quote, book, support, and serve professionally.
Example booking · Supplier commission

One trip can create
real advisor income.

$5,000Example cruise booking
$1,000Supplier commission
$800Advisor receives up to 80%
The client books travel. The supplier pays the commission. The advisor earns for guiding, quoting, booking, supporting, and serving well.

Example only. Actual commissions vary by supplier, product, travel dates, and current compensation rules.

The long game

Commissions can
stack over time.

$1,000Supplier commission
80%Example advisor split
$800Advisor take-home
10 similar commissions
$8,000 advisor income
50 similar commissions
$40,000 advisor income

The goal is not one lucky booking. The goal is a repeatable business where satisfied clients rebook and refer.

The cruise advantage

Vendor rate + advisor split
both matter.

16–17%Front-end cruise commission potential
80%Back-end split on eligible plans
Monthly commission pay cycles

Many hosts sit near 10% on cruise bookings. A stronger vendor rate plus a stronger advisor split can change the earning picture on the same sale.

Lane Two

Instant Payouts

Supplier commissions are the long game. Instant payouts are the sprint lane — the cash flow that helps your business fund itself while bookings mature.

Service Fees

Once trained and compliant, advisors may charge planning or concierge fees for time, research, group coordination, and custom itinerary work.

EVO Plus

Wholesale inventory can create a client savings opportunity while allowing the advisor to collect a transparent service margin through their own payment process.

Bundle Bonus

When someone enrolls in the EVO Bundle through you, eligible direct commissions can pay quickly according to the program structure.

Instant cash flow tools

Three ways to bridge
the timing gap.

Planning Fees

Planning fees are paid for your time, research, organization, and concierge-style guidance.

  • Best for custom itineraries, groups, room blocks, destination weddings, and complex trips.
  • Collected directly from the client when clearly disclosed and appropriate for the scope.
  • They help create early cash flow while supplier commissions are still pending.
Think of this as being paid for the professional planning work — not just the final booking.

Wholesale Margin

Wholesale inventory can create room for a win-win conversation when the portal rate is lower than public retail.

  • The client may still receive a strong value compared to the public price.
  • You may be able to build in a fair service margin for your work.
  • This must be explained clearly, professionally, and without overpromising.
The goal is not “discount selling.” The goal is using advisor access to create value and get paid fairly.

Eligible Fast Bonuses

Some eligible program actions can create faster payouts when someone enrolls or purchases through your approved link.

  • These are supplemental, not the foundation of the business.
  • They depend on product, timing, program rules, and eligibility.
  • The booking lane should still be the heart of the income conversation.
Treat fast bonuses as a bridge — not the business model. The long-term business is built by serving travelers well.
Lane Three

Residuals & Leadership

This lane is optional. You can build in the booking lane as long as you want. But if you help others get started and stay active, leadership income can begin to layer in.

  • Leadership income is tied to active advisors.
  • Rank reflects consistency, mentorship, and duplication.
  • At Executive, many advisors begin offsetting the monthly platform fee.
You do not need a team to begin. You need a rhythm you can repeat.
