These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of travelboss.academy and all related content, communications, and services provided by LuxiClass Travel LLC d/b/a TravelBoss Network ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

TravelBoss Academy is an educational and recruiting platform operated by LuxiClass Travel LLC, an active Illinois Limited Liability Company (File #16457353), operating under the trade name TravelBoss Network. The Site provides free educational content about the remote travel advisor profession and the opportunity to explore joining TravelBoss Network.

LuxiClass Travel LLC operates as a travel agency hosted through Archer Travel Service (IATAN: 05824840).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit any form, or book a session. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Educational Content and No Earnings Guarantee

The content on this Site — including masterclass lessons, presentations, email communications, and session discussions — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No specific income or earnings are guaranteed. Any income examples shared are illustrative only and reflect individual results that depend on a wide range of factors including training completed, effort applied, client activity, supplier rules, market conditions, and individual performance. Results will vary.

We encourage you to review all information carefully, ask questions, and make decisions that are right for your individual situation.

4. Opt-In and Communications

By submitting the opt-in form on this Site, you consent to receive email communications from TravelBoss Network / LuxiClass Travel LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

By booking a session, you consent to receive appointment confirmation and follow-up communications related to that session.

We will not send unsolicited commercial text messages without your explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, presentations, audio, video, and the TravelBoss Network name and logo — is the property of LuxiClass Travel LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from LuxiClass Travel LLC.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including scheduling platforms, enrollment platforms, and supplier portals. These links are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

Enrollment into TravelBoss Network as a travel advisor is subject to the terms and conditions of Evolution Travel and Archer Travel Service, which are separate entities. Those terms govern the independent contractor relationship and are provided at the time of enrollment.

7. Seller of Travel Disclosure

LuxiClass Travel LLC operates as a hosted travel agency through Archer Travel Service. Archer Travel Service holds seller of travel registrations in applicable states. State-specific disclosures are provided as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxiClass Travel LLC and its officers, members, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any content provided through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxiClass Travel LLC and its officers, members, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
